She is always patient, respectful, and understanding, and really listens to my concerns and questions, and her answers are knowledgeable and easy for me to understand. I'm very pleased with Dr Surine Kim. She doesn't rush you, and listens patiently to all your concerns, plus she is very sweet.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kim & would see her again. I like the communication via "My Health"; however, I wish the responses were quicker. Appointments for orthopedic specialist were 3+ weeks out & I feel like my injury needs attention sooner.

Dr Kim seems to take the time to listen to my various health concerns or questions. She is willing to help me get the specialized care as needed, such as neurology for my migraines, mammograms for my breast health, dermatology for a review of my skin, or cardiology when I reported concerns for my heart health.
