Dr James is one of the best healthcare providers I have ever seen! He is consistently professional, kind, involved, knowledgeable and caring, and he always listens to my concerns. I recently saw him following a hospital admission for a new issue, and he knew exactly what happened, what my new treatment course involved and what follow-up was needed. He also actively listened to my questions and concerns and fully involved me as together we planned my follow-up care. He is an example of what a caring and knowledgeable provider should be and is a strong asset to your organization!

I was actually very surprised that records from specialists I've seen in the past year were already in my EPIC file. The team was on top of my medical history and needs, were ready to answer my questions, and offered all of the preventative care and testing appropriate for me at my age. I'm overall very pleased with my care and my care team.

This past visit seemed rushed as if he was being held to getting me in and out. Vibe of visit was not patient friendly as I the past, more clinical. I will continue to see him

Dr. James is the best PCP I have ever had. Alll communications through MyChart have been prompt and clear, better than a phone call would have been because I can go back later to reread/clarify the info and ask a simple question if I need to whereas waiting to speak with a person or ask questions have always taken longer in the past. I have no complaints at all

I really appreciate how Dr. James takes the time to listen to how I see my medical issues, especially when my understanding of the issues is only partially correct. The way he conveys a clear picture of the issues makes it much easier to process the issues and be able to move forward. He has addressed time sensitive issues repeatedly which has made a huge difference making me feel more comfortable with the next steps I needed to take, particularly with my recent trip to UW Harborview in Seattle. I would recommend him as a PCP to anyone without having any reservations doing so.
