Penny is AMAZING! My PCP called out sick and I was not informed. I needed to be seen due to an obvious infection. Penny was able to fit me into her busy schedule. She reviewed my medical history and even had a phone call with my plastic surgeon. She always goes above and beyond for each and everyone of her patients. She is a pillar for this hospital. I wish she was able to have her own patient workload as their provider because she would be at the TOP of my list. I have had the pleasure of knowing Penny for over 25 years and she continues to provide compassionate, honest care to all. Thank you for being there in my time of need!

Whoever is training your front desk receptionist staff is doing an amazing job. I always feel welcome in urgent care and family practice clinic. I know from personal experience, how hard it is to get the right people in the right position. You guys are doing a great job. Love Penny She cares so much about her patients! Because of Penny, I discovered I had small intestine cancer, for which I received a Whipple procedure. She literally saved my life!!

She is so understanding on my feet problem. She takes it easy and answers al my questions. Outside of the office. If something goes wrong or I get an injury. She is right there to let me know what to do. Also if she sees I have an infection. She gets me the right antibiotics. One time my pinky toe came off. Then I got a quick appointment and she seen me. She then fixed my toe. I have a rare diabetas and she took it seriously. She is the best provider ever. She is the only one I trust.

Penny is entirely up to date on my medical history. When she saw me, she obviously had refreshed & studied my charts. She was very professional and concerned about my issues and did an excellent job dealing with my wishes and concerns. I highly recommend her services!
