Sage was awesome. He had so many suggestions on my continuing health progress as I age.

He listened to my every word and he answered with a comment that made sense to me. I felt he really cared about I had to say about my condition. I will see hm again in a month.

This provider gave me plenty of information in caring for my current condition. He also explained Possible Causes for my sinus problems. He treated me with respect and had Knowledgeable information for me, explained things to me, and I felt comfortable asking questions of him.

I felt listen to, and I was validated about my concerns, He was knowledgeable about my medical concerns and I treated me respectfully.I received follow up on my lab and recommendation on change in medication to address my new health concern, suggested follow up in 2 weeks or sooner if I had any other concerns. Great customer service.

The physicians assistant wasn't mentioned in the survey. He was very good at answering questions as well and did a good job at his part of the treatment for my ears that I went into office for.

Used rgent care. Got right in. Thourogh exam and medication. Bad cold. Took blood sample, xray lungs, urine sample. I was very pleased with attention and making sure it wasn't something worse.
