About Brianne DiFalco
Brianne DiFalco, FNP, is a family practice advanced practice provider (APP) at PMG Orenco. She began her health care journey at University of Portland, where she earned her bachelor's degree in nursing. Brianne gained valuable nursing experience in various outpatient settings and returned to graduate school in 2020 where she completed her master's degree in nursing at Simmons University. She has been practicing medicine as an advanced care provider since 2022.
Brianne's practice emphasizes patient education and collaboration. She believes that providers are patients' partners in health. Brianne is especially passionate about caring for young adults.
Outside of work, Brianne enjoys reading, exercising outdoors and loves spending time with her family and close friends.

Brianne difalco was completely informed about my medical history and prescriptions I needed help with, she was compassionate and listened to all of my concerns, she helped me switch meds and wrote out a tapering plan for me that same day.
