1st time I saw this providers and she was AMAZING. She cared, listened, and made me feel heard. So kind, professional and knowledge!

During my recent visit, I felt confidence in the practitioner's thoroughness & recommendations. She listened to my concerns & was aware of my history. Her demeanor Is very calming & reassuring.

Brianne is not my usual medical provider; however, I have seen her the last three times and I have always had a great experience. She is very compassionate and I felt that she listened to me and understood my concerns.

Brianne Difalco, NP was attentive to my complaint and show consideration towards my concerns even though I was talking about some information about a possible exposure to a high dosage of arsenic from 1993-2001 due to the Tacoma Smelter Plume, and the anemia that I developed from about 2004 to about 2023. She was very considerate and understood why I was concerned about it at this late a date and the age of my kids at that time. Brianne is a great NP.

The care team at Providence orenco by the tracks has been outstanding from the very first day. Everyone on that care team is a star!

The Nurse practitioner I've seen of late, Brianne, has been wonderful in every way. My assigned MD, however, has been resistant to referring me for a hip X-ray for several years. She diagnosed me with bursitis when I actually needed immediate surgery for severe damage to my hip caused by osteoarthritis. Brianne helped me throughout the preoperative phase of my surgery with great professionalism and compassion. She is amazing!

Overall very satisfied with service provided given current state of health care provision in this country. Additionally, my health care needs are very broad and providers are confronted with at times conflicting situations.

Last provider was prob one of the best I've seen there. She covered everything needed and made it easy for me specially I was having a headache during my visit

Brianne difalco was completely informed about my medical history and prescriptions I needed help with, she was compassionate and listened to all of my concerns, she helped me switch meds and wrote out a tapering plan for me that same day. She was the best care provider I've seen in a very long time. She is quick to get back to my messages and I couldn't praise her enough.
