This appt was to establish care with a new provider. I thought the dr was very nice, profressional, kind and thorough. I would recommend her!

This was my initial visit with Dr Wozniak. She was very kind and professional. My only complaint was how long it took to get an appointment to establish care with any primary care provider.

Dr Wosniak acted prudently with the limited information I could provide her about my musculoskeletal condition. She took my word for the pain I was feeling. And prescribed a muscle relaxant I had requested accordingly.The prescription has provided relief, and I am grateful for it.

Dr. Wozniak and her staff members were very helpful and professional with giving me feedback I needed during my visit. She listened to what I had to say about my symptoms and gave me options and also recommendations to sustain my health.

This was my first time to meet Dr Wozniak. She really listened and discussed my concerns with me.

Dr. Wozniak was very kind and knowledgeable. This was my first visit with her and I will continue to use her as my primary. She was prompt and answered my questions throughly. My only complaint would be with the lab. I had to wait 55 minutes to be drawn by the phlebotomist. That was twice as long as my doctors appt.

It was my first time meeting my new PCP, We are well under way to best work together for my better health mentally & physically.

I liked everything about my experience, except the wait time in the patient exam room. My appt. Was for 1:30 pm and Dr. Wozniak came in at around 2:00 pm. Her nurse did say she was running late. Beside the excessive wait time being an issue, I really liked Dr. Wozniak and her nurse!

Everything went smoothly and quickly.

I really like her she was very thorough with me. I think she's going to be a good fit for me. Meaning she is going to help me, it's hard to find a doctor who really listen to you.

I feel blessed that my family members and I are in Dr. Wozniak's care. We all agree that she is kind, intelligent, patient, respectful, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was new to the area, so this was my first visit with Dr Wozaniak. The wait was long to get into her. And I had to go to the Reeds Crossing immediate care to seek attention while I waited for my first appointment to see her. The office did find a way to move my appointment up a month. Unfourtunatly this is the state of medicine now. Long waits to get established with a PCP. But I liked her very much. She was knowlegable and throrough. Personable too.

Dr. Wozniak was polite, engaging, very compassionate, and thorough.

This was a get acquainted, first visit to a new PCP. Dr. W was pleasant and attentive and I appreciate that she didn't seem in a rush to get to the next patient. I am very much bent toward natural and wholistic approaches and remedies and I'm hopeful we'll be able to work together in that direction.

She was very patient with me, and understanding of my situation. At no time did she make me feel stupid, or as though I was somehow holding her back from doing more important things. I'm very happy that she's my primary care doctor.

It was the first time for me to meet her and I think she was respectful of the concerns I expressed and she showed interest and knowledge about them. Overall it was a good experience, I just wish I did not forget some other concerns I had while I was there.

Once I am set up with a provider or care team I feel I have been given excellent care and in a timely manner.

Dr. Wozniak was easy to talk to and I really appreciate the follow up from the clinic at Reeds Crossing. But the internal confusion on getting and approving my prescription was a bit messy. Eventually it got resolved but after multiple phone calls by me
