About Nicole S. Trajano
Dr. Nicole Trajano decided to become a physician after volunteering for a health care project in South America. She chose family medicine because she enjoys working with people in all stages of life. "Knowing several members of the same family gives me insight into the daily stresses that can affect health," she says. Dr. Trajano believes her most important role as a primary care provider is that of health educator. "Educating people about their health problems empowers them to make healthy lifestyle choices." After earning her medical degree at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, Dr. Trajano completed her internship and residency at Oregon Health & Science University. Board certified in family medicine, she also has a special interest and expertise in pediatrics. Dr. Trajano is married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, hiking, traveling and yoga. She is fluent in Spanish.

This was another new doctor visit, my 3rd primary through you guys since I have been coming to providence orenco. I really enjoy my new doctor as she was really thorough and caught things the last two doctors have not. I do think that through the years of going to the doctors office that all my primary physicians always feel rushed and over booked. The staff has always been great that is why I drive 2hrs to do my doctors office visits.
