Sheetal K. Mehndiratta, DO

As a board-certified family physician, Dr. Mehndiratta sees patients of all ages and enjoys providing continuity of care for them, and for their families, throughout their lives. Perhaps her favorite part of the job, she says, is “spending most of my day interacting directly with patients, getting to know them and hearing their stories.”

In her practice, she takes a collaborative approach to her patients’ health and well-being. “My most important role as a physician is to be there to listen to my patients’ concerns,” she says, “and to partner with them to create a care plan that is individualized to them.”

Dr. Mehndiratta grew up in Portland and graduated from the University of Oregon before moving to California to attend the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Central Washington Family Medicine in Yakima.

When she’s not helping other families, she embraces time with her own, whether they’re watching movies together, playing board games or getting into “all things Disney.” She also enjoys exploring new places, new dining spots and new adventures in the outdoors.
