My primary physician, Dr. Sreedevi Pitta, listens to my complaint about my pain on my left shoulder and arm. She sent me for an x-ray. The result was not alarming.

I always appreciate that Dr Pitta asks me about my dating life and if I have found a new partner yet.

It was my first time to see the primary doctor on recent visit I feel that there is no emphaty on how she handle the patient. She is more focus on my recent situations and when asked about the concern on my other issue it seems it was never been discuss at because her only concern is the recent issue on acid. No further discussion was made or asking if anything that concern on you for coming today visit.I will definetly changes the clinic to Reed Crossing on June and looked for another primary doctor to take care of my situation.Not satisfied at all.

Very good experience with the provider. I was a little surprised to get a call prior to the appt requesting demographic info. I didn't mind, but it would be handy if that was clearer in the virtual appt notes to expect a phone call from the office before the visit. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.
