This was my first time seeing Dr. Gaff. She was well informed based on my medical records. She knew my medications, any interactions, and provided a clear description of how to proceed. She made a decision on a medicine change and explained why she felt the change would be beneficial. She was easy to understand and her directions were easy to follow. I would like to have her as my PC, she has room in her caseload.

I appreciate the warmth and professionalism of Dr. Zhong-Gaff and her treatment team. They all did a great job! I especially appreciated their patients and the extra steps that Dr. Zhong-Gaff her medical assistant and phlebotomist's (I cannot remember their names) took to help alleviate my Issues with weight when I got on the scale for my appointment, and the extra steps that the phlebotomist took to help me feel comfortable because I really have problems getting my blood taken and almost pass out every time. This may seem like something small, but It really made a big difference for me because I have had major struggles with my weight and with blood draws. Also, I like that Dr. Zhong-Gaff are very knowledgeable and efficient at what they all do, and I can't say it enough how much I appreciate the care that I have received and my care team's professionalism and patience (I sound like a broken record here). I have always been pleased with the quality of care that I have received at Providence when I compare It to other healthcare organizations where I have received care.

Booking appointments are seamless, provider is responsive via MyChart messages, and I'm at complete ease when asking questions. Dr. Gaff is wonderful.
