About Sara E. Grunsky
Sara Grunsky is a Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a graduate of Graceland University. She spent 15 years as a registered nurse, working in many specialties across the country, prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Sara is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but has spent the last nine years in the Rogue Valley. She lives with her husband, two Australian cattle dogs, and two sons. Sara believes in evidence-based care and taking the time to establish a trusting relationship with her patients. She wants to ensure that her patients feel well cared for by making sure their concerns are heard and addressed.

The whole team at Pulimnary,sleep and weight office where kind,positive and helpful. Medical assistant was great about making sure my information was accurate and was great about allowing me the space to do things at my speed. Sara was great about explaining and encouraging about my weight situation. No judgements and even reassurance to take it slow to ensure I can be successful.
