Sara E. Grunsky, FNP, APRN

Sara Grunsky is a Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a graduate of Graceland University. She spent 15 years as a registered nurse, working in many specialties across the country, prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Sara is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but has spent the last nine years in the Rogue Valley. She lives with her husband, two Australian cattle dogs, and two sons. Sara believes in evidence-based care and taking the time to establish a trusting relationship with her patients. She wants to ensure that her patients feel well cared for by making sure their concerns are heard and addressed.
