This provider is very good in all ways. Any hesitation on my part, answering your questions has to do withHer being a busy doctor, so it's difficult to get an appt without a long wait. But when I went to make follow up appt,in a month, the person setting it up only had two month appt available . Doctor immediately readjusted it for one month once she knew of oversight. One month appt necessary to check new medication prescribed.. Left that day with everything in order.

Dr. Shah has always been on top of my health. She spends time to make sure that I understand what her instructions are and we review goals and obstacles. She provides insight and alternatives to combat obstacles. I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Shah and the clinicians.

Dr. Shah listens, reads body language, hears the emotion behind certain issues. She isn't constantly looking down, typing, while you speak. Thats big, for me. She allows me to voice my opinion on medical options. She respects my decisions if they differ from hers. I really like her.
