There isn't enough room on this survey to tell you all the many ways Toni has made me feel like she is interested in me as a whole person and not just as a patient or a diagnosis. I have been very pleased with the m?dica facility, its clean & staff are friendly. But wish medical services are provided In the hospital (I live closer) I began seeing a NP but was not satisfied with her & couldn't relate to her.I informed the scheduling department and mentioned that I wanted to change to another provider and requested Toni Baca since I saw her when my first provider could not see me that date.because she is caring, listens and Is engaging.

Toni Baca took the tie and explained everything very clearly and knowledgeable. I left the office reassured of results of a visit to Urgent Care five days earlier. Thank you Toni!

Toni was very thorough in answering my many questions about some pain I was experiencing, even showing diagrams to enhance understanding. She seemed interested in getting details from me about the pain, and took time to listen to my concerns about the unknown causes for this distress. I appreciated the actions she suggested towards finding more information about causes. Follow up calls about test results came right away.

Toni Baca is the most intelligent, well educated, most thorough and kindest care provider I have ever had. She always makes me feel as though she is totally focused on my issues, explains things in ways I can understand and refers me to a specialist or other other type of care I need, I.e. Physical therapy, occupational therapy when necessary. With Toni, I always feel that I am in the best hands possible, and I have total confidence and great respect for her
