I can always get hold of Dr Ramos's team with a question if they don't know they find the answer and then get with me.

Dr. Ramoso is friendly and easy to talk to about everything on my mind.

I'm happy with Dr. Ramoso. He seems to want to find out WHY my blood test has some abnormal results instead of just giving me a pill and sending me on my way. I appreciate that.

Brilliant thoughtful kind thorough easy to talk to

This is a new provider for me; therefore, it was hard to answer some of the questions. I had had a "temporary" provider at another clinic and was heartened to be placed here. I look forward to continuing with this provider. He seems to want to take care of any health issues I may have to deal with.

Dr Ramoso very carefully went over all my current heart surgery & answered all questions I had. Excellent doctor.

Good visit with a new provider

My health issues are numerous and complex. Dr. Ramoso always takes the time needed to work through things, and he educates me on important topics. A wonderful doctor.The staff at Hillcrest is also great. If something comes up and Dr. Ramoso is not available, they always find a way to get me seen, and the providers are great.

I have a great relationship with my provider . He listens and genuinely cares for his patients.

Excellent provider

Dr. Ramoso listened to my concerns and discussed them with me. This was my first visit to establish patient relationship with him as my primary care physician as I relocated to this area late last year.

I have always had a good experience, if not I would move on to a different practice.

The appointment with Dr. Ramoso was a new patient visit. It took several months to get scheduled, which wasn't surprising with the shortage of medical providers available. The scheduling appeared to be done through a third party, which was kind of confusing, although the person who did it was very patient and kind.Everyone in his office was very kind and friendly. Dr. Ramoso was personable and listened carefully to what I had to say. He involved me in the decisions for follow-up care/tests and explained things well.

I truly appreciate how thorough my visit was with my provider. It was nice that he asked many questions whether I wanted certain things done. He left the care up to my decision. He also addressed all of my issues And updated my charts. I appreciate the time he spent with me in that visit I was given the right amount of time to cover all that was important to me in this visit. I've had other places rushing my care and the doctor not spend enough time with me to address all the issues. This visit was much different in that all my medical issues were addressed.
