My appointment was to establish care and April was wonderful about referring me to the specialists I need.

This was the first time I had seen April. She seemed very interested in what I had to say. Listened to my concerns and answered my questions. April had some concerns and explained them and set up referrals to those that needed one. Then instructed me as to what I needed to do or who I needed to see for the remainder. I enjoyed my visit and my interaction with April. I feel very confident in her knowledge and the care she provided. I look forward to seeing her again.

Always, always a good experience with anyone that I have been to with Providence. Any staff that I have been with has been fantastic.

April without question saved my life. I came in for a routine initial appointment to set up my PCP. Because of April a life threatening condition was discovered and I am recovering in my hospital room after pace maker surgery. Were it not for April, I would not be here to complete this survey.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable

The care was good it was just puzzling that the provider never commented on what I actually had. I think it was a flu strain that was heading towards my lungs but nothing was ever verified. It would have been nice to have been told if other folks were suffering from something similar. Otherwise, I felt good about the care.

April is a very good PCP and would recommend her. She is a very good listener and doesn't attempt to push medication.

April and the whole staff at the Molalla clinic are great !!

I had never met April and saw her when I was In desperate need of help. She was kind, empathetic and I felt at ease in her presence. I didn't get exactly what I was hoping for as far as treatment but was provided multiple different options that may help. I will still need to see atleast two different providers. April was wonderful and I hope to always be able to see her at this location for all of my basic health care needs.
