I was out of state and needed to go to urgent care for shingles. I messaged Dr Murphy's office when I was back in Oregon to see if I needed a follow up appointment. They got me in to see her right away and she gave me the care and referrals I needed. I really appreciated the time she took with me and that her office was able to see me so quickly.

I know my care provider tends to run very late but I have decided she is worth it. The time and attention she gives others is the same she gives me. I did appreciate the call from the MA letting me know about how late she was running.

I wish that when I sent a message with a question or a refill issue or need with my prescriptions that it was answered and taken care of I a reasonable time and that it was someone from my care team that was reading the message and making decisions about my care/ meds.
