This provider communicated clearly not only the superficial information relating to my issue, but also more in depth information relating to medication and how it affected specific aspects of my issue. They also answered the additional questions I had. I appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness.

This was my first experience with him, but he had reviewed the chart and plunged right in. He was competent, very precise, moved quickly through the chart but I did not think that was a problem. He asked pertinent questions and had many suggestions. I would VERY much like to continue care with him.

I was very impressed with his clinical skill and diagnostic acumen. I didn't think he had time to try to get to know me during this wellness visit and there wasn't any inquiry about exercise or nutrition but I felt he was very engaged, compassionate and that I got excellent care

Jacob Hauptman is a great PCA and I am comfortable with him as a Primary Care Physician. My hope is he remains available as a primary care even though he is not a dr. But a PCA.

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get an appointment as quickly as I did. The service was great and I got good care, I was glad that he thought to get X-rays To confirm the problem.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hauptman. He took over patients from my previous doctor who had been my doctor for ten years. Dr. Hauptman was incredibly compassionate and understanding and really listened to what I was saying. I felt very seen and heard and understood. He didn't rush me, but was also efficient. Excellent visit.
