He referred me to a gynecologist who has been very helpful to me for menopausal issues. He set up a meeting for me with his clinic pharmacist to discuss my medication options for osteoporosis. He reviews my blood work in detail with me and looks at any changes from year to year. He takes a lot of time with me to discuss my health needs. I have a great deal of trust in him and appreciate his unrushed manner and full attention.

Dr. James is very profesional, caring and respectful.

Dr. Chong and his team are wonderful. I have suggested them to many of my co-workers. They are attentive, always trying to be efficient with time but recognizing when extra time is needed.

James Chong is the most informed and caring healthcare provider i've ever had and I feel blessed to have found him. Dr. Chong is extremely detailed about my health and very efficient with the outcome. I appreciate him so very much.

As usual, Dr. Chong went beyond the normal for a doctor's appointment. He had done his homework of thoroughly reviewing my medical history and had prepared comments and suggestions Including detailed comments about the comprehensive blood tests which he had ordered and potential adjustments to them. He listened carefully to my concerns and discussed with me potential remedies. He is very cordial yet focused on the task at hand and justifiably very proud of his new child.

Dr. Chong was exceptionally patient and spent what seemed like 30 minutes with me. He explained in detail what he believed was the diagnosis of my shoulder pain. He also gave me medication for a chronic cough that just won't go away. High praise for this doctor
