Dr Sun and his staff are ALWAYS professional and helpful. I have had exceptionally long wait times for virtual appointments that are infuriating, but I appreciate the availability for them. I'm not sure how to reconcile the two.

I have always found Dr Sun willing to listen to my concerns. Provide clinically sound reasoning for questions (even the odd ball ones) and be responsive to my questions and medical concerns.

Dr. Sun is one of the best PCPs I've had. I feel like he has familiarized himself with me. That makes me feel confident in his opinions and Ive seen positive results. His team Is so fabulous and patient. Can't ask for better care.

Dr Sun carefully and fully explained my symptom, pulled up pictures to demonstrate and answered all of my questions. I got a same day appt and avoided having to go to Urgent Care or the ER. Dr Sun, as well as reception staff were efficient and friendly.

Provider listened well and developed a thorough plan forward.

I didn't like them initially but they are great now.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Sun. I'm a new patient to the practice within last two years. Previous visits I had seen another staff member for two routine well care visits. Dr. Sun was excellent. Listened, answered questions and did not feel rushed.

I appreciate the care and reassurance I received. I came in for an unexplained pain. He was able to help me not be scared, and work on the simple explanations first.

Dr. Sun is always compassionate and he listens and communicates effectively. I've been dealing with chronic pain for years but my previous doctors told me to lose weight and stop taking so much ibuprofen. I would advocate for myself but I would get the same response. Dr. Sun listened to my symptoms and started a course of treatment even though I'm fat. He also referred me to specialists and does regular blood tests. Dr. Sun and his team have dramatically changed my life for the better in so many ways and I'm deeply grateful.

Dr. Sun is a great provider. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I went in to talk to him about going off birth control to start a family. He listened to all of my questions and had great information for me. I appreciated him taking the time to listen to me, ask questions, and provide medical guidance during my visit.

Dr. Sun is personable and funny. We connected and he cares about the patients experience instead of rushing the visit.

It would be better if provider would listen to patient and better explain medications or other options.
