Kelsey Tanaka is a very knowledgeable and respectful provider who I greatly appreciate for the care they provide.

Kelsey was personable, professional and readily addressed my questions and concerns. I felt heard, respected and well cared for by her. She was up to speed on my medical history and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. This first appointment set a great tone and I am glad she will be my primary care provider going forward.

I received wonderful care from Kelsey. She was kind, listened well, showed compassion, treated me and my concerns with respect, and was quick to help try and find solutions.

The clerks were very personable despite it being early in the morning. My provider was also very attentive, and seemed to genuinely want top know about my medical history than what was on my patient summary.

Excellent again! Ms. Tanaka has always been kind, patient, and both personable and professional in every contact with me. Explanations are clearly stated, and I am always asked if I understand. I like very much that I am asked more than once what questions I have or what concerns I would like to address. "What else can I answer for you?" invites more communication, even when I believe every topic has been addressed, and I cannot think of anything!I believe Kelsey Tanaka is an exceptional provider and am grateful for the outstanding care I have received from her and the Lloyd Clinic, knowing that level of care has contributed to my better health and prevented other potentially damaging issues.

Dr Tanaka was incredible. This was my first visit to her after my previous provider moved. I was not sure what to expect but she came prepared by really understanding my medical history, prescriptions, family history. We talked about all of my medical concerns and she provided really good information in a way that felt personal and that she really cared and it wasn't just a proforma interaction. I feel very lucky to be working with this provider.

Dr. Kelsey is really wonderful, I always leave feeling really heard and seen. There hasn't been a moment where she isn't kind and understanding. I would love for her to be my doctor for the rest of my life!! Everyone should have a doctor like her

I in fact already HAVE recommended this office to 2 of my friends. I've had really good experiences at Providence's hospital so I decided to shift my primary care to a Providence office and I was so, so pleased with my first appt, this visit in question. I felt listened to, was never once made to feel embarrassed about anything, the care was thorough, efficient, the location clean and easy to access-just absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It was a great experience.
