I in fact already HAVE recommended this office to 2 of my friends. I've had really good experiences at Providence's hospital so I decided to shift my primary care to a Providence office and I was so, so pleased with my first appt, this visit in question. I felt listened to, was never once made to feel embarrassed about anything, the care was thorough, efficient, the location clean and easy to access-just absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It was a great experience.

The only issues I had were finding a physician and scheduling an appointment to establish care, which took about 4 months from when I began my search. My experience from the moment I entered the Providence office was incredible. Kelsey Tanaka was an incredible provider. She addressed each concern that I had entering the appointment and I left with a plan for care for each, including an appointment with an on-site therapist only 2 hours after my initial appointment with Kelsey. I haven't really experienced such comprehensive care before.

Kelsey listens to me and does not rush me at all. She always checks for notes from the nurse and is prepared to discuss anything. I have found an absolute winner in Kelsey and all the staff I have come in contact with at the Lloyd office.
