Good, she listened well and gave good treatment advice. Not good was the inconsistent audio from the telemedicine.

I highly recommend my primary care physician and the physician assistant to anyone needing a doctor

Lauren and the whole care team were wonderful - easy to talk to, informative, caring, and kind!

The quality of care was excellent. The only additional things I would hope for in the future would be a clear way to opt out of AI transcription and that providers wear N-95 respirators (especially with patients who wear them) and that the facility update ventilation for airborne pathogen mitigation.

Lauren impressed me with her interest in double-checking my BP reading, which, taken by the automated machine, was frighteningly high. Lauren checked the "old-fashioned" way, and my reading was much lower, as usual. What a relief! Thanks, Lauren!
