Generally, good care. Just can't get in very fast.

I couldn't be more thankful for having Dr. Mark Shatsky as my PCP. He is absolutely amazing in every aspect that a doctor should be with a patient. He listens he cares. He gives great advice and suggestions and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that me as his patient is very well taken care of, and I couldn't be more thankful! Thank you for being such a wonderful doctor!

Dr Shatsky is an exceptional physician.

The Doc was great, my only complaint is that he abruptly ended my appointment because he "was out of time". I waited months for an appointment, only for it to be cut short because of his poor time management. That was a bit frustrating. I like and trust this guy, he just needs to spend more time with his patients.

The receptionist aren't very friendly and rarely answer the phone. However, my provider was absolutely amazing and obviously I will continue to grow with him.

Dr. Schatzki went above and beyond what I expected. I had gone in with concerns and requests for three issues I was having and needed referrals. He was able to give me a check up and give me the referrals I needed, he also recognized that I have been having stress related depression issues and got me in touch with a behavioral therapist immediately. This is what I was surprised about. He showed real genuine concern for my well being and got me started on getting the care I needed. Mentally and emotionally I have been struggling. It takes a special kind of person to recognize that. Thank you

I think I said this before, but if it wasn't for Dr. SHATSKY I might not be here today. He took the time to review my records a suggest we take a look at something from my past that was mentioned. We did and problems were discovered. Had surgery and things are good today.

Dr Shatsky is by far the best Dr I have been to. Why? He listens carefully, conveys empathy, and has an integral view of my health. As far as the later, he knows my chronic illness and managed to connect the dots with other symptoms. All around top notch Doctor!

Dr. Shatsky is the best primary physician I have ever had. I always feel informed, listened to and cared about when I leave an appointment. The only frustration I ever have is with the messaging system, but we worked out a solution for me to notify Dr. Shatsky if I am not hearing back right away. I have already recommended this practice to friends and family.
