Dr. Shatsky saw me on one of my worst days and helped me immediately with my mental health along with my actual follow up appointment.

This doctor is not my normal primary care provider, but I feel very lucky that I was able to get an appointment with him. I felt heard, understood and respected. The follow up steps were clearly explained, and I felt like I knew what I needed to do next and what to expect.

Dr.Shasky, has been so much help, for my son with special mental health. I feel heard. We appreciate his kind and professional support.

Meeting my new primary care doctor is night and day compared to the previous primary care doctor that I had at Bethany Providence. The whole experience from staff to the doctor sitting and getting to know me versus just me feeling like I was a number, was a complete night and day difference that I was not expecting and I couldn't be more happy that I found this doctor who I feel cares about me which is what I really have been praying for. It was an emotional experience that I was not expecting and I'm so grateful to find a doctor who took the time to get me the help that I needed versus just me feeling like I'm coming in and out. I was leaving considering getting rid of insurance because of the experience I had with the previous primary care doctor but now I know I'm in good hands and I feel safe and cared for.

Dr Shatsky is very up to date of all my medical problems and solutions, listens to my concerns, and gives knowledgeable advice and solutions. I feel very confident with his care for me.

He gives great advice and suggestions and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that me as his patient is very well taken care of, and I couldn't be more thankful! The Doc was great, my only complaint is that he abruptly ended my appointment because he "was out of time". I waited months for an appointment, only for it to be cut short because of his poor time management. That was a bit frustrating. I like and trust this guy, he just needs to spend more time with his patients.

The receptionist aren't very friendly and rarely answer the phone. However, my provider was absolutely amazing and obviously I will continue to grow with him.

Dr. Schatzki went above and beyond what I expected. I had gone in with concerns and requests for three issues I was having and needed referrals. He was able to give me a check up and give me the referrals I needed, he also recognized that I have been having stress related depression issues and got me in touch with a behavioral therapist immediately. This is what I was surprised about. He showed real genuine concern for my well being and got me started on getting the care I needed. Mentally and emotionally I have been struggling. It takes a special kind of person to recognize that. Thank you
