Marrett is special in that she really spends time to talk to me about my concerns and she clearly respects my intelligence. She listens to me and works toward solutions in a collaborative way. This is VERY important to me. She's also very responsive.

I would be very happy to have this provider as my regular PA.

Marrett always takes a lot of time to discuss concerns, etc. She knows my history and makes sure to be up to date with ongoing and new issues.

She did an outstanding job on her behalf. I showed up late, but was able to address my concerns in a timely fashion.

The Doctor gave the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. She gave a full explanation to tge possible causes , diagnostic methods and treatment possibilities. She was positive friendly and understanding of my spouses questions

In the few times as I've gotten to know my care provider, this individual, they've been wonderful to me. Answering my questions, following up, and showing sincere care about what I am unsure of. Very helpful :)

Dr Mitaru & his staff are excellent and professional; I'm grateful to have them as my healthcare team!!

The important piece missing from the appointment was that I was not able to get a referral to a mental health professional for counseling. The practitioner provided "how to" steps on identifying a mental health practitioner but it would have been more helpful to get a direct referral to someone from a trusted source.

I find Marrett Hild to be professional and knowledgeable. I'm very comfortable with her care as I am with the care of my PCP.

Hild knows my medical history and listens intently to my concerns. She try's to help any way she can. Due to Ride to Care being late to pick me up, I was 30 min late for my appointment. (I did call to let her know). Upon arrival the front desk person and Hild worked it out so I could still be seen. I appreciate this, so I would have to reschedule since this appointment concerned a time sensitive matter.

My care provider is just wonderful and very thorough. I found out that they just changed my PCP to a different doctor. I don't want that. The new one didn't have appts available til August. I want to keep seeing Marrett Hild, which I hope 1 can. I trust her, and do not want to change.

She is exceptional - clinically and interpersonally. She is sharp, keeps current with medical literature and studies. She's also an effective educator, a great listener, and approaches my health collaboratively. I never get the impression that she is in a rush to get to her next patient.
