The care I received exceeded my expectations. Dr. Boucher is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel respected and genuinely cared for. She is an exceptional provider, and I'm very grateful for the excellent care she provided.

I'm always seen on time or early. Everyone is always good to me and showing respect and concern if necessary.

The care provider listened with understanding and responded with appropriate information and followed-up with explanations as I needed. She provided information I had not previously been given regarding an Rx.

My current care includes long-term issues which have been difficult to diagnose. Nevertheless, my primary care physician has been extremely helpful in working with me and identifying tests which will which may explain those issues. I look forward to further understanding with her help.

Dr. Boucher is a very pleasant person, easy to communicate and knowledgeable.

Dr Boucher has been a HUGE improvement from my previous provider. She takes the time to listen, provide feedback, provide options for care.

She did help me to understand what I asked and my concern for future out come . For example, X-ray and my concern about my period and she suggested if I'm worrying about it , she can do blood draw. So I agree to .

I believe that My Chart is a great tool to let your Primary get a feel for up coming appointments. It saves time since appointments are on such a tight sch. And invariably I have forgotten issues that needed attention! I believe knowing the allotted time for each appointments creates a tension to get every issue addressed, Overall Dr Melissa always makes me feel at ease and listens to my needs and explains in layman's vocabulary!!
