Nathalia A. Gaviria-Correa, FNP

Nathalia Gaviria-Correa BSN, FNP-BC, is a Movement Disorder NP at Providence Neurological Specialties – West/East. She began her health care journey at Eastern Florida State College, where she earned an Associates Degree in Nursing. She then went on to receive a BSN degree from Jacksonville University, and completed her advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Drexel University in 2018. She has been practicing nursing since 2004, with a focus on Intensive Care, Family Medicine, and a special interest in General Neurology and Headache management since 2022. Her practice is grounded in patient-centered empowering care, and a deep commitment to advocacy and social justice. I believe that each patient is a unique individual with the right to actively participate in their own health journey. My goal is to create a supportive and respectful environment that encourages patients to make informed decisions, manage their own health, and move confidently along their path to wellness through education and access to resources. Outside of work, Nathalia was born in Medellin-Colombia and enjoys dancing, art, traveling, cooking, camping, road trips, and loves spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and both her Colombian and Kentucky relatives.
