I had my new patient visit with Dr. Iloka, and she was wonderful! I felt heard for the first time about chronic pain I've had for years, and I feel like I'm going to actually get some relief now. I definitely look forward to continuing my care with her.

I have had great experiences with my provider and her nurse practitioner. Front receptionist have always been polite and professional.

Always informed and ready to help. Easily talks to me about therapy that would help. Her referrals have been excellent.

My appointment was to establish myself as a new patient so some of the questions on the survey weren't fully applicable. Although I have a favorable opinion, this is only my first visit. So far the staff and the Dr. Iloka Impressed me with their friendly and professional manner.

This is my first visit to the provider. It took three months to get in. She immediately sent me to the hospital. I was in a fib and responded quickly to my needs, and I'm feeling well now I'm still in the hospital without her timely. Sending me there I probably wouldn't be talking to you right now very professional. I'm in the hospital still right now and would highly recommend the Providence group and Dr. Ayoka to anybody thank you very much.

Dr. Illoka messaged me on Saturday morning after seeing my test results. I felt that was such a nice gesture.

This was my first visit with Dr. Iloak. She was compassionate, understanding, collaborative and listened to my questions and concerns. She was able to review my chart prior to the visit which was helpful.

Dr Iloka is amazing- I hope she doesn't ever leave or move away, as I want her to be my physician for the rest of my life.

Dr. Sandra Iloka is a phenomenal doctor, I feel lucky to have found her when I moved to Oregon. She is kind, compassionate and caring. She listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. She trusts my human experience and speaks in ways that is understandable to me, a lay person. The entire office at the Bethany location has been lovely as well. I am seen quickly, nurses are helpful and kind, those working at the front desk are warm and work hard to ensure I am seen by a doctor quickly. As a woman, I have had negative experiences with professionals In the healthcare field. It is refreshing to have such a positive affirming care experience, so big thank you to Dr. Iloka and her wonderful team!

I don't feel like I got the help I was needing. I asked questions to get her to explain things and she didn't have any answers for me. When I asked about a concern I had she said "well we're at time so schedule another appointment in a few weeks and we'll talk about it then". The appointment was super short, no help was provided and she didn't even know what one of my concerns was and told me we were "at time" so she can't help me. This visit felt like a scam and I don't feel cared for even when I do go see her, this visit was just confirmation that I need a new provider. Dr. Iloka seems as if she's scared to treat me.

She is an excellent listener and very helpful.

Overall, I've had good experiences with Dr Iloca. She has always been well prepared for my visits and extremely helpful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions in great detail. I would highly recommend her to my friends. The only issues I have with the practice is booking appointments and answering the phone when I call. Sometimes when checking in I see people in the front office that are busy or sometimes standing around. The only improvements I could suggest is pay attention to the front office operations as they tend to create delays.

Dr.Iloka has been a constant champion for my health goals. I appreciate her non-judgmental encouragement and all of the Information that she provides in each visit!

She really took my issue seriously - even the duration of symptoms - and didn't seem hesitant to schedule further testing and get to the bottom of the issue.

Dr. Iloka and her entire team are outstanding and I'm grateful to be part of the practice.
