This was my first visit with this doctor and overall I thought she and the nurse did an excellent job of listening to me.

I always appreciate how Dr Iloka's is respectful and listens to my concerns well. I'm also thankful for the medical assistant (sorry forgot to get her name), who was very kind.

Dr. Sandra Iloka is a phenomenal doctor, I feel lucky to have found her when I moved to Oregon. She is kind, compassionate and caring. She listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. She trusts my human experience and speaks in ways that is understandable to me, a lay person. The entire office at the Bethany location has been lovely as well. I am seen quickly, nurses are helpful and kind, those working at the front desk are warm and work hard to ensure I am seen by a doctor quickly. As a woman, I have had negative experiences with professionals In the healthcare field. It is refreshing to have such a positive affirming care experience, so big thank you to Dr. Iloka and her wonderful team!

I don't feel like I got the help I was needing. I asked questions to get her to explain things and she didn't have any answers for me. When I asked about a concern I had she said "well we're at time so schedule another appointment in a few weeks and we'll talk about it then". The appointment was super short, no help was provided and she didn't even know what one of my concerns was and told me we were "at time" so she can't help me. This visit felt like a scam and I don't feel cared for even when I do go see her, this visit was just confirmation that I need a new provider. Dr. Iloka seems as if she's scared to treat me.

She is an excellent listener and very helpful.

Overall, I've had good experiences with Dr Iloca. She has always been well prepared for my visits and extremely helpful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions in great detail. I would highly recommend her to my friends. The only issues I have with the practice is booking appointments and answering the phone when I call. Sometimes when checking in I see people in the front office that are busy or sometimes standing around. The only improvements I could suggest is pay attention to the front office operations as they tend to create delays.

Dr.Iloka has been a constant champion for my health goals. I appreciate her non-judgmental encouragement and all of the Information that she provides in each visit!

She really took my issue seriously - even the duration of symptoms - and didn't seem hesitant to schedule further testing and get to the bottom of the issue.

This was my first visit with this provider. My previous provider from a different practice retired. I was very pleased with this first visit.

This appointment went as scheduled with everything on time. I believe all the bases were covered and I got an all clear on my check up.
