Vivian C. Tsang, FNP

Vivian Tsang is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Providence Cedar Mill. Vivian’s healthcare journey started in cancer care as a clinical research coordinator, where she developed a deep appreciation for the unique connection between patients and their care teams, as well as the privilege of being invited to participate in a patient’s care. Vivian earned a degree in Biology from Duke University, and Master of Science in Nursing from Emory School of Nursing. She completed postgraduate training in family medicine with Multnomah County Community Health Center, where she started practicing primary care in 2022. Her approach to patient care is grounded in trust, collaboration, and evidence-based medicine. She believes patients should feel heard and have the tools and knowledge to confidently make informed decisions about their health. She is especially passionate about complex medical conditions and chronic disease management. Raised in the Portland metro area, Vivian is grateful to have returned to the Pacific Northwest and to provide care in the community where she grew up.
