I had never seen this provider before, but she was really knowledgeable, kind, efficient , and helped me so much with an issue that I needed help with right away! She ordered a prescription and refilled a couple more as well as ordered some blood work.

This was my first time seeing her in person. I was very pleased with how we interacted; she has excellent practitioner-patient skills. I also appreciated how she assessed my own knowledge level and adjusted her own communications to match. At no time did I feel rushed, which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to schedule appointments with her in the future. GREAT JOB!

Jenessa Well did an outstanding job addressing an acute need on the day I called seeking an appointment with the doctor whose care team she is part of. She also asked me about other more chronic conditions, and gave me helpful pointers on those (and took care of updating some prescriptions that had expired).

I am brand new to Providence. And doctor Hall and his staff and Genesa have been very welcoming and helpful and professional. I am very thankful for them.

I've met Janessa a couple times at Sherwood and she has always been kind and compassionate to me she always brings an uplifting energy with her presence & that energy is priceless when your not feeling well Medicine is an Art & Science and the people practicing medicine are Human Treating people with dignity and respect is priceless healing is a process and specific to a case by case basis positive attitude and professionalism is the key I'm Grateful to all the staff who is trying to help me it's complicated but I'm very grateful to everyone Sincerly Thank You ps this has been a very difficult time for me in my Life.im getting through it 1 day at a time

The care provider was very good about listening, being thorough and making recommendations. I never felt rushed or unable to get all questions asked and answered.

My doctor's group is excellent. Getting through to them has become VERY difficult. I have to expect at least a 30 minute wait if not longer to be able to speak to them or book an appt.
