Dr. Dunn and his team are the best I've ever had as an adult. When I was a little kid in texas I saw the same doc for a long time. Since I've been an adult(67) Dr. Dunn is the first one that I've had for over 1-2 years. He's a good man.

He is always on top of everything for me we go over my issues every few months to see if the medication is working or maybe we need to try something else I've never had a doctor that listens to me and help me with treating my problems and goes over the medication and the way they work and if they have any side-effects like maybe make me drowsy or whatever else that may happen with them I can't say enough how well I'm treated and the level of care get love my team and wouldn't want to be with anyone else

It is with the hurdles that Providence has put between the patient and the patient's ability to speak with and/or receive answers from the care team. Mr Mark Dunn is the most caring doctor who listens to me understands that I don't know big words and talk to me like a human in words that I understand any cares he is the only doctor that I've ever had in my life that has listened to me and actually took the time to find out what was wrong with me I seen Dr Dunn in I want to say 2013 2015 something like that for the first time and he found out what was wrong with me and just a few months he took the time to listen to me and he took the time to have the test done that needed to be done in order to find out did I had ankylosing spondylitis HCC positive no other doctor in my life ever took the time to run tests they just told me it was all in my head I was too young to hurt like that so I would never trade my doctor Mr Mark Dunn for anything he's a caring individual who takes the time to listen and not think that you're just lying to him or it's all in your head but he's helped me with not just my physical problems but also some of my psychological problems also there's not anything I can say in the world that would give him Justice as to what kind of a doctor he is he's just the best doctor I've ever had and I love him he just he's he's awesome

Now a patient for over ten years and multiple issues have been administered all to the best conclussion. Most significant was early detection of probable prostate cancer which was referred to proper specialists proved to be a positive diagnosis and was successfully treated. I am now cancer free.

I always feel welcome and I always feel, after my visits, that time was taken to listen and answer my questions.

Dr. Mark Dunn is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He's absolutely the best! He is proactive with preventative health management (I attribute my early diagnosis of prostate cancer to him and as a result of his early diagnosis I have received excellent cancer treatment and in full remission for six years!), he is approachable, great listener, and very caring and supportive. I am so blessed and thankful to have Dr. Dunn as my PCP.One constructive observation not related to Dr. Dunn but to Providence Medical Group in general; the change Providence made to managing and responding to MyChart messages is a clear deterioration of responsive service. It takes way too long to receive a response and in at least two occasions, I had to follow up by calling office on one or more occasions as either the request was not completely fulfilled (e.g., lab orders, prescription requests). This new process needs quality assurance and improved response timeframes.

I appreciated Dr Dunn's patience with me on how to improve the condition that I shared with him. And a potential solution via a new Perscription!

I have always appreciated the way Dr. Dunn listens to my issues and is very willing to spend time with me explaining what I need to know.

I'd struggled with an itch on my sides for several months and my dermatologist's prescription didn't resolve it. When I went to see Mark, within minutes he diagnosed it as psoriasis and prescribed a medication that within 24 hours was dramatically improving the symptoms! Bravo!!

Mark and the whole Providence Sherwood team know me, call me by name when I come for care and Mark is intimately familiar with all aspects of my condition and treatment, civilian and military! That's why I drive from Canby to still be treated there. Plus they laugh at my jokes. For instance, Why aren't koalas considered to be bears? Answer: They don't have the right koala-fications!'
