Tonya is the best of the best!

I've seen this provider one other time, some time ago. I didn't care for her then, I was willing to see if things have changed, everyone has a bad day once in a while. She is very irritating. Almost angry, argumentative and irritable. I thought I had a UTI, she told me several times, I did not. Ok, can you treat whatever it is? She did not appear be to be a very nice person. I don't want a best friend for a doctor but please be gracious.

I really appreciate this care team. They are always so helpful.

I went to see my provider regarding current medication. My provider listened to me, was extremely helpful to me and acted as an advocate for another issue I've been dealing with for a long time, but never discussed it. My provider really listened to what I am dealing with and advocated for me and I am so grateful. It's like I was in a very bad situation and my provider has helped me. She provided me with excellent care.

My doctor is incredibly helpful and always checks up on important details and things in my life. I drive 30+ minutes from Portland because my experience has always been incredibly positive with this Doctor.

She has exceptional soft skills as well as up to date, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of a variety of health conditions. She is very easy to talk to and understands my needs. She listens to what I have to say and will comment on it. Overall she is a good medical provider.

I could switch to a closer provider but everyone there in Sherwood is amazing. The front desk staff are friendly and engaging- not that fake sterile friendliness, but genuinely good people. And Dr. Sortor really knows what she's talking about, the stuff she doesn't know, she is knows who to talk to or is right on finding that solution. And she comes off as a really caring person, really caring about that individual in front of her. Lastly, with Providence I too often feel like a number with a 15 minute expiration timer before they have to get onto the next patient. Not with this doctor, she went out of her way to take as much time to really delve into the issue and hear me and understand where I was coming from, and spent more than ample time to tend to my concerns. It does mean a lot to have a doctor like that.

Tonya is the best. I have moved an hour away and still continue to keep seeing her. She is an amazing Dr. And I will continue to see her as long as I can. Tonya always makes sure that I know what is going on and what I need to do to fix what might need fixing.
