Caitlin is wonderful to work with and she is attentive to details. I wanted to get in earlier but she is popular and I could only come in when I am not teaching. Caitlin is a good experience and worth the somewhat sluggish support staff. I wish they seemed happier at Providence as people are there for their health and we are nervous about it at times.

Caitlin Mwanga was excellent. She took detailed notes on our conversation and she referred me for MRI and pain management.

She took her time and let me explain things. I tend to get too wordy sometimes I felt like she really listened and cared.

When necessary I can get in, but they are full so routine appointments can take time to find an opening as soon as I would like, but they are very good about responding to My Chart questions which I appreciate very much.

I was pleased to get an appointment quickly to resolve my illness. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was polite, courteous, easy to talk to, good listener, communicated clearly, and knowledgeable. As of today I am feeling 100% better.

She did an excellent job reviewing my chart and visiting with me about my concerns.

My PCP is a 30 on a scale of 1-10. The last provider I saw was a 2. Nice lady but no help. Told me I need to change my group* because I need a upper GI stat.. I explained I needed a referral from my PCP for that as well as endoscopy and colonoscopy. She flat refused. Said I need to find a new group and go to that gastro doc for the referral! I explained doc revis was my gastro doc for 7 years and he wanted the tests stat but the places I called were out of my network. And that I have been throwing up all food and severe constipation for over a month. She blamed it on oxy. Said to take the same meds I've been taking plus colace. I explained That has never helped!! She still refused. The doc appt I had with her was worthless and pointless. Please note my account to never send me to her again.

Awesome experience

Caitlin was wonderful! She assessed my problems quickly and took immediate action to remedy my problems. I was extremely pleased with her care and attention and will request appts with her in the future and an adjunct to my DO provider.

My appointment with Caitlin was great. She was very helpful with the questions I asked. When she reviewed my medical history, she dug up some very old records that have not been viewed by anyone in a long time. This helped as it provided me with more information on what I need to do to make sure I am getting the right care. She is a gem!

This was my introduction to Ms Mwanga, who apparently has been in her position for a relatively short period of time. She was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable with the intuition to ask pertinent questions, and very thorough in examination. She is really such a welcome addition to my health care team.

Caitlin Mwanga was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about my situation. She really eased my way. Referral were set up immediately as well as testing for further management.I do have to say trying to schedule appointments on line is very disheartening your site does not allow to see who is available for help when your assigned PCP is on holiday. However the scheduler over the phone was wonderful very helpful, patient and worked hard to get me in with someone.
