Excellent care. I felt like her concerns for my issues were genuine, and have confidence in her ability to take care of me.

Very good experience. I asked questions of my provider that I normally would not have felt comfortable asking.

My doctor changed offices as well my insurance change alot of my communication was via mychart. When I did call, everyone made me feel heard and they seemed like they wanted to ensure my needs were met. Professional and compassionate. Since I am new to this medical group and this was my first interaction that wasn't mychart, I was impressed and truly felt cared for during this time again by all of the staff. My doctor didn't have appts on that day but they immediate got me a video visit and that NP was fabulous. A great Group of compassionate professionals

The entire team is professional, informative and honestly give me the impression that they are very interested in my health.

I had a wonderful experience with Juliana. She was, as always, very professional, responsive, and helpful in every way. Juliana is an exceptional nurse. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and also very compassionate and patient-centered. I felt truly heard and understood during my visit, and I left feeling confident and well-informed.

She really understood my behavioral health needs and this helps me to access the care that I need. I'm very thankful that I met with this provider.

Juliana Ionescue FNP treated me with respect and attentiveness. I felt seen and heard while discussing all my health concerns. She asked questions and provided solution outlets. I felt confident in her knowledge and ability to care for me. I am greatly appreciative of her professionalism and humble demeanor.

Since I could not see my PA, I saw the NP. She was wonderful. I felt as comfortable with her as if she was my primary care practitioner. I am excited, because I feel I have a back up person to call. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for medical care. One of the things I love about seeing a PA or NP is they seem to related on a different level. They spend so much time and make sure you don't leave with unanswered questions. They are qualified, professional and treat the patient with dignity. I am so glad this level of practitioner Is standard in medical practice. I always feel confident that I am being cared for in a dignified and welcome manner. Kudos to Providence. Also, I am very pleased that you included mental health as part of the routine screening, as I have a past history of depression. The way you approach It Is comfortable and encouraging. Some people aren't comfortable bringing it up and your approach is not Intimidating or invasive.

I went in to this provider for a professional look at a skin blemish. The blemish was identified specifically, then explained in broader terms, with instructions for care and possible things to look for in the future. Then the discussion opened up to be about my current health, including what I do on a daily or weekly basis toward my physical health, and even some of my emotional health. The discussion felt relaxed but informative, thorough but not intrusive. I left feeling confident about my present and with a clear path forward in good health.
