The visit was great from reception to nurses and the Doctor. The doctor discovered wax in my ears and offered to have it cleaned out, I so appreciated this and the thorough job the nurse did.

The doctor dismissed serious concerns I have and several times said that we were not going to talk about that. She was very dismissive and made me feel as though she doesn't like me and my impression is that my need for healthcare will be affected by that.

My provider has been great the Wilsonville practice is excellent. I transferred from Newberg who insisted their fax machine didn't work but Wilsonville is very professional and does a great job.

The encounter was the Annual Wellness Visit, so there was less time pressure so more opportunity to cover all the issues. Dr. Ermita is a true "healer," competent, intelligent, and compassionate.

It was my first time at this clinic and first time meeting my primary doctor. She was very kind and seemed to have looked at my records before our visit which made me a lot more comfortable and I didn't have to give every detail of my last 10 months which would take awhile. She was great and look forward to seeing her going forward.
