About Karyss D. Head
Karyss Head is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of experience in primary care. After completing her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University she worked for Parkland Hospital in Dallas in the Surgical/Trauma ICU for nearly 6 years. Afterwards, Karyss was part of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center inaugural BSN to DNP program. As a native to West Texas, Karyss loves the culture of the South Plains. Outside of work, Karyss enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and running with her sisters!
