She wanted to pull blood on me again just to check all of my levels, and my red blood cells are now high too. She Is the first Dr that has said she would figure It out and given me hope that something could be done about It. This was my first visit with her, and I am so happy she is my new PCP!

This was a new patient appointment and I was impressed. I feel confident in my decision to switch from a former provider to Dr Mortenson

I was establishing primary care and could not be more pleased with my visit. The provider listened and asked questions instead of assuming. She looked at previous notes and labs and responded accordingly to my newest lab set. She offered an idea for a sample continuous glucose monitor to help me get started identifying foods that triggered my glucose. Overall I appreciate her honesty and willingness to work with me to get where I want to be with my health.

I am totally satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Mortensen. I always feel welcome in her office.

I was a walk in patient, and was seen promptly. Doctor was professional and listened well. I appreciated her expertise.

Dr. Mortensen is amazing, the only complaint I have is that I've left messages for a nurse call back and she has not called me back at the end of the workday or the next day. I don't know if my messages are getting back to Dr. Mortensen or not, I feel that if they had she would have called or messaged me. I do love her as my physician, she takes time to listen to me and her bedside manner is amazing.

I appreciated the way Dr. Mortensen listened to me and prescribed medications which helped me to deal with a medical issue I was having.

I recently started with Dr. Mortensen at this clinic--I believe this is only my second or third visit. I am extremely happy with this provider as well as all the clinical and support staff I have come into contact with. (And I need to let you know that since I have an MBA in medical group mgt and have worked in medical groups before, I am SO VERY PICKY about these things!!) My granddaughter and her family had lunch with us on Sunday and she mentioned she was looking for a new PCP for her daughters and I recommended Dr. Mortensen since I had been so happy with the clinic--how good she and the whole staff are and how quickly the appointments are made.
