Noemi Reyes, FNP

Noemi Reyes is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Growing up in Anton, Texas, a small rural community in West Texas, she knew that she wanted to serve her community as a health care provider. She began working at Covenant Healthplus as a Patient Services Representative in 2011 while completing her undergraduate nursing degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She then went on to become a Registered Nurse in critical care working in the intensive care unit at Covenant Medical Center for over 8 years. While in this role, she enrolled in the BSN-DNP program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center graduating in 2022. She is excited to have joined CMG again in her new role as Nurse Practitioner. When she isn't in clinic providing care for patients, Noemi enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their dog.
