Dr Dong generally is an excellent doctor to work with. She listens, provides valuable medical advice and is very good about medications, tests and specialist referrals. She also has a good bedside manner. My only sense of her limitations is she probably is working too hard and managing maybe too many clients. I think that makes it challenging to keep up with some of the more complex cases like mine. That said she is hardly alone in this and does better with it than most. So this of likely more of a systemic problem in medicine than a deficit of hers.

I use the My Chart and the office is excellent with getting back to me whether by chat or a phone call if they feel I need the information immediately or to make me more comfortable. They have always been attentive to my needs.

my care provider there at swedish Factoria is great. The doctors that I have met. There is great very knowledgeable and experience. All of the swedish facilities are great except for a first hill. They should be shut down by the department of health or at least remove all the bad providers have more training.

The doctor was friendly in manner, but I felt that she did not listen very patiently to my concerns about my health. She asked very few questions and often seemed in a hurry to end the visit. It gave me the impression that she was not very interested in understanding my health situation in depth.

This doctor has no empathy about patient. She doesn't look at patients history based on the questions she asked. I don't plan to see her again after two visits.

Dr. Dong took the time to dive into my issue and had already reviewed what happened at the hospital prior to my visit. Together we came up with a good plan of action and I really appreciated her support. It helped me feel more confident in my post-hospital recovery. I really appreciated her compassion and concern.

Dr Catherine was rush and not willing to discuss too much about any concern. I have to see specialist for any other concern I have anyways. She is a DO but she did not providing more overall lifestyle as a DO doctor.

The doctor is super busy and it's hard to get an appointment. BUT I have found they are very responsive to the medical portal (often times you are put on hold and have long wait times on the phone) the nursing staff and doctor have been very responsive online.
