This provider was excellent. She's not on my care team, but boy do I wish she was!!

Direct quote from provider was "Maybe if I looked at your chart before this I would know more about your case but I didn't". Extremely poor care. Showed up 12-15 minutes past appointment time. First thing she said was "this is only 20 minutes so only pick one issue". Seemed ready to get off the call. Wanted me to provide justification for labs that my doctor at Swedish orders for me at a minimum once a year or else she would not order them. Did not have good bedside manner and did not take the time to educate herself on my chart beforehand.

This was a positive experiece. Ms. Tempest was very helpful and proactive. I got great advise, got prescriptions and felt heard and like I mattered. She is an excellent provider.

The best doctor.

Came in for a cough that had been going on for over a week. Lynn and staff took the proper pre- COVID test requirements and after my test (negative) spent the time to address the cough issue.

Lynne was very patient and professional and thorough.
