Hevir Dulay, MD

Dr. Dulay was born and raised north in Surrey, BC, Canada, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Simon Fraser University before being the first in his family to pursue medical school. His passion for family medicine was sparked during his clerkship, where he had the opportunity to coordinate care for some of the most underserved patients in Chicago. Dr. Dulay is passionate about forming long-term, meaningful relationships with patients and providing care through a holistic and compassionate lens. He’s thrilled to return to the Pacific Northwest for residency and looks forward to exploring all the outdoor adventures the region has to offer. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dulay enjoys staying active through sports, hiking, and exercising. He also loves cooking and spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends.
