Always good experience with my care provider. I needed to be seen right away and my needs were met. That was greatly appreciated.

I saw Tessa for the first time as a new patient. I have a laundry list of things to discuss and she was prepared and on top of it. Very knowledgeable as well

Expensive for people without insurance that want it but can't afford it . Other than that the people were excellent!

I transferred my care to this provider to be closer to my residence. I truly believe Dr. Moore is a good fit for me. Warm personality and truly knew my history from records and understands my health goals and concerns.

Dr Moore is a wonderful doctor- patient and listens

We're so fortunate to have such a wonderful clinic with great doctors, nurses and admin staff here in Chewelah.

I thought the service was great from the time I checked in to check out.

Dr Moore was very thorough in her examination and clear in her assessments. However she did allow me to present what I thought about her assessments.

My new physician is more skilled than my previous one at this clinic, but I had worse experience with the clinicians at the Colville clinic.

I had very good care

This was the first visit with Tessa. I liked my old provider; however he was very difficult to get an appointment with. Dr. Moore is very professional and very personable. I enjoyed the visit with her, and she was easy to get an appointment with.

I met with Dr. Moore for the 1st time to establish her as my Primary. I also needed a referral for an issue I was trying to address with another provider (NOT Providence). She was very kind and thorough. We went through my conditions, meds, etc., to update my info. She also gave me the referral I needed. I felt she was well educated and knowledgeable. The Chewelah office has always treated us with respect - my husband has been a patient there for almost 20 years.

Dr Moore was compassionate, educated and took the time to listen.

I like dr. Moore she very polite if you have a issue she will get you what you need, very knowledgeable and she listens to wait your problems are.

When I had a test for a possible urinary infection, I was not contacted about what the results were. The doctor said she answered it and didn't think I had an infection so I should come in for another appointment. What more could she do if I don't have an infection, what is it? I have several symptoms but actually no results. I don't think she could do anything more since there's no infection I don't think she has magic power. Without having Have an infection what more could she do? Somehow I think you're just making more appointments for more money and that just doesn't seem right or fair or honest.

I liked the doctor and hope to continue seeing her in the future. The first time I saw her the antibiotic she gave me didn't work.
