Larry was extremely helpful and listened to our concerns and answered our questions thoughtfully. We came back for a followup one week later and were very pleased that he again helped manage my pneumonia. I am now feeling much better thanks to Larry. I would definitely choose to see him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

My provider for this visit went above & beyond to help figure out what was wrong with me. I saw 2 other providers in the months previous to seeing Dr. Houtchens, both just listened to my lungs and said they were fine. Dr. Houtchens listened to my lungs, said they sounded good but went further since I was pretty much constantly coughing. He suspected something else was going on and ordered a chest X-ray, which showed some Pneumonia in both lungs. So he ordered antibiotics and I'm so much better! I owe him big time!

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Houtchens only because he has 2 same day appts. Available on Wednesday and Thursday. My counselor recommended him. He took the time to hear me, was able to answer questions that were immediately important. He offered information that has helped in my healthcare journey. He prescribed a medication and a supplement that has helped me. I truly appreciate the time and the consideration that Dr. Houtchens gave me.
