All staff was friendly and personable. I was seen within 2 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I didn't wait in the back room for more than a few minutes. I felt like I could tell Gloria everything I wanted to say without being rushed or cut off. It's unusual to feel like you're the only person that matters to her in the moment.
