I can't say I have ever had a bad visit. But pertaining to the last three months, were excellent. One was an emergency visit at Swedish, the other with Dr.Herrera. Both were very professional and listened to all of my concerns, with answers or actions. Great Job. Thank you.

Great Doctor and nurse

As always its good to have a physician to give security for my health. And I trust the current staff to do so.

I'm so pleased with my provider that I am hoping she can stay in my provider team! I've lost 3 providers in the past year or so just af I was getting to know than and vise versa and this one is truly my favorite because she listens to me and asks questions and I trust her am I'm very comfortable with her! She really makes me feel that she genuinely cares about me. Please let me keep her?!!

All staff was friendly and personable. I was seen within 2 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I didn't wait in the back room for more than a few minutes. I felt like I could tell Gloria everything I wanted to say without being rushed or cut off. It's unusual to feel like you're the only person that matters to her in the moment.

I'm always petty grateful for my Doctor & nurse practitioner. I feel they hear me & always give me time to go over everything. Very happy.

I really appreciate coming to Providence Health & Services when I need medical assistance because they always require everyone in the immediate area to wear masks. That is very important to me because I can focus on my heath issues without being overwhelmed because of an unsafe environment. All of the health care providers here always provide the highest quality of healthcare services and advice that allows me to recover from my health issues in a timely manner.

Dr. Fisher-Herrera was very friendly and showed genuine concern for my issue. I'd definitely see her again if my regular physician was not available, as was the case with this health concern.
