My experience has been very good and have had excellent care.

I always leave my appts frustrated and upset. Doc dismisses my concerns, doesn't seem to care much and often leaves me confused. I do not bring things up, that I prob should, because I know I won't be heard or taken seriously.

Although the doctor kept me waiting well past my appointment time, I cannot fault her as she was (as explained by the nurse) seeing to another patient. I appreciate that she took the time to ensure that patient's needs were fully met before seeing me.
