Every provider I've seen at this location has been courteous respectful caring professional friendly & this goes for all the receptionists and surgical teams.

The only comment is that it is getting much harder to get into see a specialist. I need to see a neurologist and they are booked until after the new year. My doctor is trying to get me an appointment before that and sent them the test results that was done. I've been going to Dr. Jenny Chen for years now at Swedish mostly for just a yearly check up but lately I've had to get a few things taken care of and they have been right on top of everything and the follow up has been amazing. If they don't have any openings I have been doing a virtual visit. My compliments to Swedish and my Doctor and all the Doctors she has sent me to. Excellent patient service.

This was my first visit to her, but the visit went well!

I was so ill the day I asked to have a same-day visit with Dr Chen; I had no prior history of such severe respiratory distress associated with a viral infection acquired while traveling. I'm very grateful that Dr Chen could efficiently zero in on the most salient aspects of my current and past medical history. Her intervention with appropriate medication and insteuctions I am certain prevented me from needing a hospital admission, and got me back on the road to recovery.

Usually same questions. Spends more time looking at the computer screen. Not much eye contact just doing her job!! I have been going to Dr Chen for many years. I Have tried to find another doctor at Swedish Issaquah, but none available. The MA's are so nice and friendly they will have a little interaction, conversation going. "Sorry for my not so good comments!!! PS when I worked at Swedish Factorial clinic years ago! Our doctors were so friendly, spend time with nice but quick conversation's with their patients. Like they say - Those were the Days!!

Consistently good but clearly very busy

Dr Chen always takes time to listen, explain, and helps to problem solve. She is thoughtful in her care and I value her feedback. I feel better educated on conditions. I was able to access my test results on MyChart. She discussed the results with me when I came into the office. I would highly recommend her practice. I also appreciate her coordination of care. One thing I would love more of is specialists reaching out to schedule appts when they receive a referral. This is a bog help and makes a difference with follow-up.

She has professional knowledge about medical and health. She questions and gives advice me based on my previous, current and future health conditions.

The entire telehealth experience was good. I received notifications prior to the visit. I received a call on the day of the call by a staff member who was very helpful in assisting me in getting prepared for the visit. She was also very patient when I didn't understand and helped me through the problems setting up. The problems were on my end but it all worked out due to her and the doctor. Dr. Chen was very informative and made sure that I received the care I needed.

Dr. Chen is THE BEST!!! I've been a patient of hers for several years and I can't say how much I appreciate her kindness, patience, opinions and just overall ease when I need to talk to her about anything. I know she is very busy like everyone in the medical field but I never have ever had the sense that she was running behind, she could only spare a few minutes, don't ask any questions bc she's got a line of patience waiting for her. She truly is incredibly and a gem and I never ever want to lose her as my primary Dr.
