My appointment was 30 minutes and I was able to get a physical exam, a flu vaccine, a blood test, a new prescription and clear instructions on how to schedule an imaging appointment. Test results were provided and findings were given quickly. Super awesome experience.

I have high blood pressure reading ! Dr. Tonder suggested to try new program from home to correct my readings! So far it is great. Now she can read my reading I take at home!

Dr Tonder is an amazing PCP who listens, asks probing questions, and explains potential solutions thoroughly. As a woman, she understands women and what we go through and is open and willing to help us through each life stage with multiple options and solutions. She understands things are a process and explains the potential side effects/pros/cons and adjusts course depending on our experiences.
