I waited over 6 months to be seen by DR. Fernandez. I'm a new patient and the wait was worth it. I'm very thankful to have DR. F for my primary care

This was my first time seeing Dr. Fernandez. My previous primary doctor left the area the end of 2025. Dr Fernandez was very easy to talk to. I'm already happy with her.

We set up the meeting to discuss one topic, and this topic was discussed to the point where followup action was taken.

My provider was extremely supportive and helpful. I was nervous to switch pcp but she made the experience so easy. She listened to what I had to say and offered advice or referrals when needed.

Although the wait time was longer than usual, it was explained, understandably; that there was a patient emergency. And Dr. Fernandez still spent time with me going over all my concerns without me feeling rushed.

DR. Ashley is highly recommended to anyone who wants careful and thorough care. She is so nice to me and I felt comfortable on my first visit with her. I asked right away if she could be my doctor going forward. My primary doctor before left for another job in a different department. And, I had to look for the care at par. She turned out to be very nice. She set expectation, which is good.. She treated me with respect and kindness. She'll be mine and my husband's doctor soon.

She's going to be an excellent doctor!! I love going to her!! She cares about you and really looks into your concerns. Don't ruin this one with your stupid rules and regulations, I've been switching over to TRIOS for every thing else because of that. I've had heart problems and since I'm a new patient I can't see a doctor for 11 months so I went to trios, it's scary when you have a bpm of 33-36 you don't care about your patients.
