Dr Fernandez and her assistant are absolutely the best

Dr. Fernandez was very thorough and gave me plenty of time to go over my needs. The staff were friendly and very respectful of my time.

She was very kind, patient and a good listener.

After waiting 6 months to see this Dr to establish care, it was a bit frustrating to have to choose just 2 health concerns to discuss. But, in the allotted time, the Dr did her best to listen to my concerns and answer questions. She was very professional and courteous.

First time with Ashley Fernandez since our last wonderful primary care left and we were very impressed with her. So glad we found a provider that seems to care and we look forward to future visits.

Good was that she was knowledgeable and listened to me and was thorough. She came into the appointment rather strong and brisk but softened as the time went on. I feel she listened to me and wants to do what she can to help me achieve optimum wellness

My provider was extremely supportive and helpful. I was nervous to switch pcp but she made the experience so easy. She listened to what I had to say and offered advice or referrals when needed.

Although the wait time was longer than usual, it was explained, understandably; that there was a patient emergency. And Dr. Fernandez still spent time with me going over all my concerns without me feeling rushed.

I asked right away if she could be my doctor going forward. My primary doctor before left for another job in a different department. And, I had to look for the care at par. She turned out to be very nice. She set expectation, which is good.. She treated me with respect and kindness. She'll be mine and my husband's doctor soon.

She's going to be an excellent doctor!! I love going to her!! She cares about you and really looks into your concerns. Don't ruin this one with your stupid rules and regulations, I've been switching over to TRIOS for every thing else because of that. I've had heart problems and since I'm a new patient I can't see a doctor for 11 months so I went to trios, it's scary when you have a bpm of 33-36 you don't care about your patients.
